Situated on the River Yare, the Marina is downstream from the historic cathedral city of Norwich, which has an impressive riverside development, good shopping and a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars and nightlife. The Marina is close to the national road network (off A47) and railway, with Norwich Airport providing domestic and continental flights.
The Broads offer 240 km of safe, tranquil and peaceful cruising and is justifiably one of Europe's most popular inland waterways, best appreciated afloat. Cruising on the Broads is a unique experience as gently flowing rivers meander through pretty and unspoilt countryside. The Marina is within easy reach of the River Bure and northern Norfolk Broads where Walton Marine have an office at Wroxham. Also within easy reach is the north Norfolk coastline with Great Yarmouth just three hours away: and from there, for the more adventurous, there is open sea and the near continent.
